The clients were looking to update their existing conservatory and create a much more attractive and usable space. As well as creating a better connection with the garden.

 

The existing layout was very cellular and the design of the conservatory meant that the spaces were under used. Opening up the kitchen, dining area and extending the space created a large open plan kitchen. The large roof light and glazing to rear bring plenty of light into the space. Bifolding glass doors allow easy access and connection to the garden.

 

This project is a testament to what can be achieved on a modest budget.
