The existing extension to the property although interesting in design left the previous kitchen and dining room as a dark and narrow space. Incorporating a large glass lean to along the length of this space has dramatically improved the use, appearance and is now full of light.
In addition to this a large roof extension has increased the floor area of the property, including another large bedroom and bathroom.
The internal layout has been reconfigured in the main area of the house, with the internal walls and sections of the floors removed to create a striking open plan mezzanine and staircase. The design of this house throughout is truly unique and bespoke to the owner.
