WORKING WITH YOU
For residential extensions and renovations we aim to make the process seamless and enjoyable for our clients. Guiding you from concept to completion. The process includes:
CONSULTATION
The initial visit is a collaborative, informal chat about your project. Discussing your ideas, establishing all of your requirements and answer any questions you may have. Outlining the steps required to complete your project.
DESIGN & CONSENT
We work with you to establish your exact requirements so that we can design the perfect space within your budget. We will provide options and amend the design until you are totally happy. Once the design is complete we will obtain all necessary consent.
We are highly experienced in navigating the planning process and ensuring a positive outcome. We have a great relationship with councils throughout London and regularly work in conservation areas.
TENDER & DETAILED DESIGN
We coordinate and manage any other consultant required for the project and will produce detailed drawings in accordance with building regulations and a schedule of works which breaks down each element of work to be carried out and allows contractors to accurately price the job against other contractors.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We will monitor and manage all aspects of the construction process and look after everything on your behalf. We will ensure that the contractor builds your project in accordance with the correct documents and that you get all the necessary certificates upon completion.
