Planning Approved
Located in a conservation area in Lambeth the unusual shape of the site provided an exciting challenge. The change in level between house and garden as well as the very thin garden presented difficulties that needed to be navigated in order to add space.
Due to the unusual shape and location at the end of terrace of beautiful Georgian terrace made the planning process more complicate than usual. However, with a detailed planning application we were able to successfully overcome the difficulties presented e and get approval for a large increase of the floor area with a double and single storey extension.
Planning has been approved and are looking forward to the build phase. More to follow as this project unfolds.
